Delivery Methods

  • Manage the construction process with early involvement in the design and procurement process. This model allows the builder to assist in controlling the cost and schedule and provide construction insight to the developing construction documents. The method allows for a smooth transition from design to construction.

  • As a GC, we control the daily operations of the project by managing the subcontractors and vendors and coordinating with the design team and client. Budget, schedule, and quality are paramount for project success.

  • Operating as a JOC (Job Order Contracting) allows the client to access our skillset in a more informal bidding process. Generally, we are under a formal agreement for IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) at set market rates.

  • Working with us on a Design-Build allows us to lead the design time towards the clients’ vision. We are invested early in creating the best product with your budget and schedule in mind.
