Morales Construction Services, Inc. is a Hispanic-owned commercial construction company founded in 2015. We specialize in renovation and additions for the Municipal, K-12, Medical, Higher-Ed, and financial markets for clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, specifically in Dallas, Tarrant, Ellis, and Johnson counties.

About Rey Morales
Rey Morales, the founder and president of Morales Construction Services, oversees the business and construction operations for the company and has led Morales CS since its inception in 2015.
Rey has over 25 years of construction experience in supervision, project management, and Pre-construction Services, with specialized expertise in the Education, Municipal, and Medical markets.
Rey believes in building a team that communicates and plans together to achieve the end goal of customer satisfaction. Because of this, over the past decade, Rey and his team have built a customer-centric organization focused on providing timely and quality professional construction services.
Rey is proud to lead a company known for delivering excellent product to its clients. This reputation has established Morales Construction Services as a trusted partner for public organizations such as Fort Worth ISD, Mansfield ISD, City of Arlington, City of Mansfield, and JPS Healthcare Systems.
Rey is a graduate of Texas Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, He is also a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA). He is active on the Dallas College Industry Advisory Council and has previously served on various youth sports committees.
Rey and Maryann, his wife of more than 20 years, enjoy spending time with their two boys at their games, and traveling around the country.
